Had been working so long, and i learned alot of things. From nick, and from the customers i had serve 'cause they sometimes really ask stupid questions which i have to think immediately and asked back nick if i answered them correctly not. Seriously some customers are just eat finish nothing to do type, who likes to come and disturb. Maybe they're bored or smth, no one to entertain them at home, so come and disturb us only.
Yesterday night, while i was waiting for Lihao to end work, i was like talking to ray, and i learn something new, which makes me reflect bout it. He told me, if he's the sales rep of my company, all of the promoters confirm die. 'If philips can sold 2 to 3 GS per day even when they have so many other things to focus on, and you, novita, only focus on GS, can only sell 1 or 2 per day, isn't it something wrong with you?' I meant like, this question really hits me hard.
What's the point of staying in the front, when you don't ask people what they wanna find? Are you so sure that they will be finding rice cooker or other things for sure? can't you just wash from steam iron to GS? I admit that i've been really slack recently, i was really chiong for sales right after nick taught me bout sales talk and etc, and i had successfully wash from steam iron to GS. Like, i can do it. But the question is, do you wanna do it not?
Although there's not much people looking for GS every single day, but i could at least try to catch some customer and psycho them on purchasing my product. It's not that i couldn't get sales. It's just that i'm waiting for sales to come to me, which is not possible 'cause the philips are really enthu is catching customers to boost their sales. If they can do it, why not me?
I think i'm just plain lazy or i just wanna stay at the back of the aircon side and wait for the philips to pass sales to me. Sigh, this can't carry on. I need to stay infront and ask people what they are looking for and chiong for my sales when i'm at cwp. AMK is not a problem cause the garment steamer are all on my side, so yea.
