We've to come up with a song/poem or anything to remember our vitamins function.
Group 1 is still leading in points. (:
After school went to 768 to met up with lh & co. and of course, wy &co.
Cm & co. wanted me to find lh &co. first.
So i followed lh & co. and they went to idk where.
Later i went to find cm &co. at 766.
I didn't expect them to buy a cake for me seriously.

Vitamin A, D, E, K is fat soluble and i remember them by Adel's name. LOL
Vitamin A is Retinol, D is Cholecalfiferol, E is Tocopherol, K is Napthoquinone.
Vitamin B1 is Thiamin, B2 is Riboflavin, B3 is Nicotinic Acid, B6 is Pyridoxine, B9 is Folic Acid, B12 is Cobalamin.
Vitamin C is ascorbic acid.
See, i've got a reason to be proud of remembering this stupid hard names!^^
Tomorrow's Friday! (Y) Last day of hell on having F&N whole day. ^^

Yes, it's like, my birthday is coming, and they're planning for me.
Although i feel like going escape, but i don't wanna anyone of them to get broke because of me.
I'm very understanding one dude! I'm not that mean to cause them to get broke after that.
I can see that all of them are really thinking hard on where to go.
Yes, of course, my brain juice is all used up, i couldn't think of anywhere.

Hihi. Today Chef lm going to teach you all how to make apple strudel.
Yes, the one that i made yesterday. :D
Ingredients
plain flour 400g
cold water 180g
salt 10g
caster sugar 10g
unsalted butter 80g
vanilla flavour 1/2 teaspoon
butter oil 1/2 teaspoon
For folding: pastry margarine 150g
1. put all ingred except for the pastry margarince into a mixing bowl and mix to a dough.
2. Rest for 15minute in the fridge until it's a little hard.
3. roll the dough to oblong shape and fold in the pastry margarine.
4. roll to 2x singles and 2x double and rest for 30minutes in the fridge.
* Ensure that the pastry margarine is well mix with the dough when folding.
Do not let the margarine melt when rolling.
5. take out and roll to 1/2cm thick.
6. cut into desire shapes and brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
7. bake the dough at 200degree celcius for 20minute.
8. Let it cool and cut to halves.
9. pipe pastry cream on a layer of the puff pastry asnd put apple filling on it
10. cover with sugar puff pastry on it.
12. let it set in the fridge.
For the pastry cream,
Ingredients
Instant Custard Powder(recommended: Red Man brand) 200g
Water 400g
Honey 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Flavour 1/2 teaspoon
Whip Cream 100g
1. Mix custard powder and water to smooth texture.
2. Add in the vanilla flavour and honey and mix well.
3. Add whip cream and mix into the custard cream.
4. Place the mixture to the fridge to chill.
P.S: Apple filling you can buy instant.
Okay, enough of the apple strudel recipe.
Today school were alright.
Oh well, tomorrow D&T and art people are going to have their lesson all day long to finish up their portfolio.
And yes, i'll be alone in class, cause most of them are in D&T or art.

The dough making of the strudel is really killing me manzx.
Me have not enough strength to roll the stupid dough.
All thanks to haizel, my dough is finally done.
Very tedious, when doing the dough.
The apple strudel dough making ends up taking alot of our time, so we ended late.
I'm the last one to leave somemore, cause i've to clean the trays.

Today is boring.
Cleared my room in the morning, like finally, it's clean again. :o
Suppose to go out with Mum, but she said she tired, so we didn't went out.
I got so bored, that i text lh to accompany me go eat Ice Kacang. LOL.
At first planned to go 768 eat, but in the end we went all the way to checkpoint.

F&N lesson was never this fun, especially during theory.
I suppose it's the best F&N lesson.
All of us got so hyped up during the lesson 'cause of the point system.
So far so good, my group is still leading, hopefully this continues.
The highest point that the group have will have a treat or something from Ms Lee after our N's.
After school headed off to Bugis, SINTA to helped lh get her D&T stuff.

Although i didn't work during holidays, but still i learn alot.

Midnight suddenly feel damn hot and was feeling cold all over body. -.-
Wasn't feeling so well, and woke up to eat med.
I feel as though i'm drunk when i'm walking over to the kitchen to eat the med.
So look like i'm floating. -_-
Head was feeling damn light and blood seems to oozed to my brain.
Almost got send back home cause having temp of 37.8degree.
See, i'm sick now, and i'm still so going to the bbq and toning tmr.
I didn't talk much today, cause i'm feeling so weak all over.
Didn't feel like talk much.
Stupid Kendrick kept on make me laugh when i'm wasn't feeling damn well.

After recess was super funny.
As lh gave out the lollipops that she brought to us, Cheryl wanted the Strawberry flavoured but Bernard don't want give. LOL.
So both of them are like fighting over the lollipop.
In the end Cheryl gave up and bernard purposely eat the lollipop infront of her. LOL.

Went out early in the morning with Oyasumi-ans.
Headed off to AMK to meet up with Gq, then to bedok.
Met up with Kx and Alex, bus-ed to Era, surprised that noob dog, Darren.
Separate with them, then headed off to mac to accompany Kx for his lunch with qi and alex.
Bus-ed to Tamp Safra and met up with Shayne.
Headed off to IKEA dinner, played then bus-ed home.
The mood wasn't so right at first.
But all of us got into the usual mood and get crazy when we're at IKEA.
I think because of the lack of meeting up due to school work. Lol.
Anyway, i had fun and i enjoy today alot. ^^

I've been want to blog about 12am wishes. LOL
Yes, very random. I couldn't find any chances.
Cause after i blog about my daily life, i forget that i should post that. -.-
So, i shall post this first before blogging my day out. (:
I always stay up to 12am with a prepared text to send to my friends having birthday the next day.
I wanted to be the first one to text that person and giving them the first wishing.
It's like, dk why, i will auto set alarm 12am if i can't wake up. :/
Maybe i think it'll make that particular person happy for someone who will remember their birthday.
So, that's why i always text my friend on 12am when it's their birthday!
See i so thoughtful! Praise me! LOL.

School was normal, and had N's Oral after school.
Skipped MT and English again.
The MT teacher came over to the canteen to find me and co. and shouted damn loud.
We're like thinking, "waolao eh, like that need shout one meh"
So, while she's shouting, me and co. shout back and say we're having Oral.
I think all the people at the canteen are staring at us when we shout back.
Like, we're having oral, and you don't have to shout.
We shout back like some mad people and she kept on saying our names out loud. -.-
As though she's deaf or something, couldn't hear us shouting.

Two day in a row of chemistry can kill me manzx.
Had NAFA test today during PE, i really cmi in sit and reach, 31cm. -.-
Slept during the 2nd period of english which is after recess.
When i woke up, packing my bag, Mr JT suddenly asked me about the oral.
I totally get super blur and look at him. LOL
Cooked Cinnamon Roll during F&N lesson and then let friends try. :o
Some say nice, :o i cooked one lei, of course nice la. LOL.
Next time i'm going to try making chocolate bread. LOL
I think i'm addicted on practical lessons. LOL
Whatever. :D
Headed off to D&T with them, and helped them out.
Was super funny after D&T and when i'm on my way home with lihao.
We saw Mr Loy waiting for the traffic light and trying to Jaywalking.
Then we said, "Eh Mr loy, cannot jaywalk, must wait for the traffic light!"
Mr Loy saw us and wait for the traffic light, somemore there's still other EVG people.

I went to tell tht person that my MP4 still couldn't work.
Know what, that bloody person told me that it's my fault to add music files till the MP4 tio virus.
Like, wtfux? Why don't you say your bloody product is so lousy?
Like, my MP4 is still under your warranty lei, why can't you just change a new one for me?! -.-
Then that bloody person told me to get it repair myself. -.-
So i texted zw to asked if he know any places to repair.
Then luckily i didn't go repair sia, orelse confirm waste my $15.
I formated my MP4, and i'm so going to that place again to complain.
That bloody person told me that, once i clear all my files, it can work.
But now i cleared it, it still can bloody work!!!!!
Make me so piss of and i need to go there for the fucking 3th time!
If he don't change a new one for me, i'm so going to kill them. Argh.

Shopped around to get my sister's present, and then headed back to cwp.

I think today is the most unlucky day i can ever get.
I wondered what's happen to me, recently things just not right.
I'm uber bored at home, so i decided to go out, plus get my mp4 check.
I decided not to go with my mum and sister even though they going Bugis too.
Fong and others went to Sentosa = impossible to find them.
I texted Kendrick, he got his Exco anniversary.
I msn-ed Karhui, she going somewhere else.
I texted Adel, he's sick.
I texted Collin, he's busy and he's in school.
Make me so wtfux and i decided to stop calling people out. -.-
Like, so coincidence la, want go out they cannot. -_- Sua lo.
I decided to give up and walk around myself.
Got my mp4 checked, and it's still unable to work just now when i tried. -.-
I'm so going to get another check on Monday again. -.-

Today is a bad day, real sucky one.
I don't feel like talking much, but i'm really feeling down now.

The burden in my shoulder is getting heavy, my heart is feeling heavy too.
What i can say is, today i went to school.
I overslept, woke up at 7.06am when i received text from lh
Run to school, reach school at 7.20am.
After school went to Vin's house for brownie making, again.
I'm feel like shouting out loud now.
I feel like going out tomorrow.
I'm sorry to kendrick, i was kinda of feeling down and i hit him lots of times.
Yes, though he didn't really do anything, i just hit him out of the fun.
I don't feel like telling anyone what happen.
But i feel like telling out. It's like, idk what's wrong with me.

I thought alot just now while waiting for my mum.

Like, we paid $3.50 from edusave and we didn't see anything from the concert.
What kind of event is this. -.-
The tee is freaking big size for me which make me even small size. -.-
Lesson as per normal, time fly so damn fast.
Yawn, tomorrow gotta sit back single row due to h1n1. -.-
Time become like snail liao lor, confirm one. -.-
Anyway stayed back after school to accompany lh&co for D&T again.
I should consider charging them for helping right.
I got the risk of getting injure while helping them without getting any benefits in return lei! LOL
